As an ambitious Digital Manager you’ll be a crucial part of the helping our clients grow.
Digital experience is truly at the heart of what we do – and we’d love for you to be a part of our journey towards getting a minimum 10% conversion rate for every client.
This is a great opportunity to bring all your digital marketing and CRO experience to a small (but perfectly formed) team of PPC and SEO experts giving you a huge amount of freedom to get things done.
In This Role Your Goal is to:
- Understand how to increase traffic to client websites (and ours) through online advertising and SEO
- Working with our team of PPC, SEO and UX experts to make positive changes
- Increase online KPIs (such as sales and leads) through end-to-end website analytics and optimisation
- You’ll take a data-driven approach to doing this – using analytics to determine the areas of opportunity and measuring improvement through management of a clear testing schedule
But it’s not just data: you’ll take users’ behavioural insights + marketing research to ensure that this information is used to test and feed into larger site redesigns and prioritised accordingly.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Work with the team to help to increase website visits and conversion of those visits to sales and leads for clients.
Proactively look for opportunities to improve the digital journeys across clients websites from a marketing, content and design perspective
Work with others in our team (who are doing PPC, SEO and UX) to deliver those changes.
Regularly report on the performance of our collective changes; demonstrating the impact of the changes and improvements that have been made.
