About the Client

Blushes are a hairdressing group, with salons in Cheltenham, Worcester, Cirencester and Nailsworth. The group recently added a new salon to their portfolio with Blushes Oxford opening its doors in April 2021.

The Solution

Our process began with thorough keyword research for relevant terms to each location, as well as auditing the Blushes website and competitors’ website. We then started the on-going optimisation of the salon pages, created targeted content and generated internal links across the website.

The Outputs

  • Organic traffic to the Blushes site increased by almost 180%, while bounce rate halved.
  • Our targeted content marketing resulted in a 92% increase in blog views, with almost 300 conversions coming directly from blog posts
  • Keyword rankings saw a major increase, with 57 keywords now ranking on the first page of Google - with 8 in the top 3 results
