About the Client

Haskapa are the creators of the new superfood berry powder as featured in The Times, The Telegraph and more.

Our Brief

As a new supplement alternative on the market, Haskapa had the challenge of educating its potential buyers of the health benefits of their new berry powder. Being ambassadors of the product themselves it was hard to see the new product from a customer's perspective.

Their existing Shopify site wasn't hitting the note with their users which led to poor performance in terms of conversions.

The pages and usability of the site needed to flow better to create a clear pathway for its users to make the journey from initial enquiry to purchase totally seamless to ensure the site converted more of its new visitors into paying customers.

The Solution

We started with a heuristic and UX analysis of the current Shopify site to discover any usability problems. From there we were able to establish what elements of the site needed redesigning for a better user experience.

To help Haskapa engage with more of their site visitors we integrated Klaviyo to their shopify site enabling them to send out email newsletters, communicate offers and drive conversion through an onboarding welcome email flow.
Other automated email flows were set up to trigger after certain user behaviour on the site to improve retention and increase their customer lifetime value.

The Outputs

The improvements we made to the Haskapa Home, Shop and Product pages and the bespoke development of their subscriptions area resulted in a 77% increase in conversion rate.ย 

With the combination of improved UX on site and increased communications with existing and potential customers via email, Haskapa saw a 15% increase in revenue and 40% more transactions.
