We rebuilt Mycle’s Shopify store from the ground up, guided by UX research, performance data, and CRO best practices:
Removed the customiser app and rebuilt product pages natively in Shopify to improve speed and simplify UX
Created standalone product entries with linked swatches for clearer navigation and better product understanding
Designed intuitive, modular collection pages to help users quickly browse Compact, Climber, and Classic bike types
Introduced product add-ons (like warranties and accessories) to improve AOV without compromising performance
Applied lightweight UX design and responsive breakpoints for optimal usability across devices
