At the beginning of January, Richard Cartlidge (who we’re currently working with) pointed us in the direction of a Ted talk from Simon Sinek.

I won’t do the talk any justice from waffling on about it, but the basics of it are this, people want a reason to buy from you and that reason isn’t how much money you can save them, or how great your product or service is, it’s what you believe in, your ‘why’.
